Saç sağlığımıza dikkat ediyor muyuz?
Gün içerisinde yaşanılan stres, yoğunluk ve günlük uğraşlar içerisinde saçlarımızla ilgilenecek vakti çoğu zaman bulamayız. Ancak sağlıklı ve bakımlı görünen saçlara sahip olmak da içten içe her kadın için bir hayaldir. Peki, sağlıklı saçlara sahip önemli midir?
Saç sağlığı aslında vücut sağlığımızın da göstergelerinden biridir. Saçların görünüşü ve canlılığı vücut sağlığımız hakkında bize ipuçları verebilir. Örneğin çok dökülen ve seyrek saçlara sahipsek sorun D vitamini ya da demir eksikliği olabilir. Ya da ne yaparsak yapalım uzamayan saçlarımız varsa, vücudumuz sessizce B12 vitamini eksikliği sinyali veriyor olabilir. Bu sebeple saç sağlığı dikkat edilmesi gereken bir konudur.

Saç sağlığı hakkında araştırma yaparken karşımıza en fazla çıkan sonuçlardan biri saçımızın sağlıklı olması için hangi besinleri tüketmemiz gerektiği konusudur. Çünkü beslenme tüm yaşam faaliyetlerimizi etkilediği gibi saçımızın da yapısını ve sağlığını etkilemektedir. Çoğumuz için sağlıklı saç tanımı; uzaması hızlı, parlak, gür ve dökülmeyen saç yapısına sahip olmaktır.
Peki, özellikle saçlarımızın sağlıklı uzaması için hangi vitamin ve mineralleri içeren gıdalar faydalıdır? Bunlara göz atmakta fayda var.
Hangi Gıdalar Saç Uzatır?
Saçların uzamaması ya da zaman içerisinde zayıflaması çeşitli etkenlere bağlıdır. Bunlardan en önemlisi ise beslenme şeklidir. Beslenmede yeterince vitamin ve mineral alınamaması saç sağlığını da yakından etkiler.
Özellikle A , E ve B grubu vitaminleri içeren gıdalarla saçların uzaması arasında doğrudan bir ilişki vardır. A vitamini hücre gelişiminde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu vitamini içeren karaciğer, yumurta, tatlı patates, süt, havuç, mango, kuru kayısı ve ıspanak gibi besinler saçın nem dengesinin korunmasına katkıda bulunarak saça sağlıklı uzama imkanı verir.
B grubu vitaminlerin içerisinde de saç uzamasına en çok katkıda bulunan B12 vitaminidir. Bu vitaminden zengin gıdalardan süt, yumurta, et, yoğurt gibi besinlere beslenme programında daha çok yer açarak saçların sağlıklı uzaması sağlanabilir. Antioksidan açısından zengin bir vitamin olan E vitamini de , saç dokusunun sağlıklı oluşumuna katkı sağlarken aynı zamanda doku tamirinde de etki sağlar.
Saçların uzaması için serbest radikallerle savaşır. Böylece saç derisi kurumaz ve saç nemi sabit kalır. E vitamini; balık, ay çekirdeği, badem, yer fıstığı, ıspanak gibi besinlerde bol miktarda vardır.
Bunların yanı sıra saç sağlığı için kandaki magnezyum ve demir oranlarına düzenli olarak baktırmak ve bu yönde de eksik var ise takviyeler ya da gıdalarla tamamlanması önemlidir.
